In the interest of shareholders only, may I firstly point out some inconsistencies in the current debacle.
1. The apparent "MMERE" unsubstantiated agenda leaked prior to the meeting, demonstrates that there are irregularities in the current processes.
2. The "apparent" unsubstantiated document that is circulating concerning a "letter of demand" also highlights certain irregularities.
If we address Point 1. Would we be able to substantiate the legitimacy of this document with an official link? If, and ONLY IF we are to accept this as a legitimate document, then hypothetically, it is quite concerning that a Legally confidential document has ended up in the hands of the provider of this document that may obviously be dealing with corruption. May I suggest that we have not yet heard the end of this from a legal perspective. (What is the purpose of leaking a document of this sensitivity?)

AGAIN, If, and ONLY IF we are to accept this as a legitimate document, then hypothetically, it is quite concerning a legal document such as this, has ended up in the public forum.(reiterating again whether it is actually legitimate) Again, the purpose of which ended in hands of the same provider of this document, (What was the purpose of leaking a document of this sensitivity?)
Suggestions to contact a law firm is ludicrous and is an obvious ploy to harass or troll what would be a waste of time in any situation. Who suggests this? How ridiculous! "Contact a law firm that is representing a client for information???????" Was it suggested also by a Non Holder? Even a holder, to avoid embarrassment, should NOT follow this advice.
"the national Member of Parliament for the constituency that covers Kolosori was arrested on theweekend for misappropriation of Government funds" An unusual co-incidence!??
May I suggest also that on the basis of a legitimate document, which again, has no substantiation other than those that may have to fork out for what could be a costly mistake and bad advice (Disgruntled debtor), that the 27th December has passed and that money owed would need to be repaid. Again, we have not yet heard the end of this from a legal perspective.
Axiom has clearly indicated that it has re-applied for a ProspectingLicense, and has requested a review of this decision, as well as seeking a judicial review for the rationale for itsunsuccessful application as the determinations therein may not be based in law.
Tenement D
The MMERE has requested further information and documentation for the Prospecting Licence Application and thishas been supplied. It is expected the application will accordingly be approved.
Let's also highlight "Additional Prospecting Licence Applications at South San Jorge and Jejevo" and don't forget that Axiom has complied with the ASX including it's listings Compliance Reference is to :"...Kolosori Information (this is not for release to the market)" This highlights that Kolosori may not, as some suggested, dead and buried.
It highlights the need to recognise that Axiom continues to release valid information, both negative and positive. If you feel that the company has in anyway been corrupt, then I suggest you look carefully at those throwing those accusations and their objectives.
IMHO, there is more to this that meets the eye, and I wait for more valid information from the company
