re: Ann: IronClad to raise $11 million Fully ... That is the question.
They currently have 3.5 in the bank and had a pissy little sp in Jan raising about $1m, claiming only some of it would be used towards the IFE sp. Assuming they get 5c for the rights they sell, there will be an extra 100k odd.
My guess is another sp may be required to get the 36%.
However they targeted 36% in the announcment so may have something up their sleeve.
