    I think what you suggest (loan not being paid back) might have applied before today.

    But the two Vosts, who had managing interests in BKP and CVS, are now out of BKP as of today.

    The BKP threads suggest shareholders are saying good riddance.

    So I wonder whether this loan will present a crisis for CVS.
