Last placement was at 64c when the SP was approx 71c. Within a month or thereabouts, we were 40% up from that price. I think a $1.00 this time. $12 - $15m will do for the time being IMO. I wouldn't want a larger one but an attached SPP is possible as long as they don't run with a rights placement & go for an option issue. I think the N. American investors will partake. It'll still be tight post-raising as long as they don't go down the rights path.
