re: Ann: IFE: Iron Ore Price Agreement Opens ... Jay , imo TRF is too small and insufficient volumes for instos,. ST and day traders prefer to trade the pseculation and sell on the reality, so they got no real forwarning and not enough speculation surrounding this announcemnt.
Im sure however LT investors will begin to build this in during Q3. Certainly good news and i have a lot, but too early to hold too much more yet.
Plenty of other good opportunities in the mean time.
