I reckon the market is probably more aware than we are, tokyo. That same market is just simply not prepared to 'commit' until Mgx do - and why should they? We've all experienced the waiting game with the Mgx board & m'ment, so the status quo remains.....
Once all the data, reports and costings are in, we MIGHT get a decision. A lot will also depend on the forward outlook for the io price....
