unfortunately MGX's cash box is not fat enough to pay out AGO' debt.
430millions cash is the only good for MGX, their existing asset is not that attractive.
So what now?
to finalise BI.
to find the right target/asset to acquire (spend that cash, wisely!)
or comfortable lying on the cash box and enjoy the pay check.
and stop talking about that Iron Hill.
