The outcome of the bullying claim - which if you remember went to court 18/19 May has been put in the "a deal was struck" basket. So not sure if anyone won. BUT if a "deal" was struck then a payment must have been made...Would love to know if any other claims are in the pipeline for bullying by the CEO and his squad..I find it hard to believe that a successful list of companies which IQE bought over the last couple of years had their top sales staff removed or "micro-managed out of the company" First thing I would have done would be to have encouraged them to do more not less! .. and never the twain shall meet...
