Funny you ask this I am in the middle of the looking up the court notes for those days.Wish I'd done it one the final day as it would have been published after the hearing. Now finding it hard to go through historic records. I will let you know wehn I have them. As for us share holders I thought that anything this serious had to be published publicly? especially as it involves the CEO...or is he above the law? I'm selling the remaining shares - too risky.
