Looks like IOT is a ASX  gig economy  or strata on the ASX.  Simply back anything into IOT listed structure as long as it comes with some cash to pay outgoings as a "partner"and hope one flys?

A new back door fund manager, broker, finance introduce  so to speak without any of the LIC tax benefit.  A conglomerate of ideas ? How are they going to control the required reporting ?

So are they doing this to take advantage and get strategic control of a asset or someone elses ideas / business or are they trying to offer a listed vehicle  as a commodity to microcaps?
