Using blockchain does not mean any higher power usage than running some mundane software pack, it's only an issue if you are trying to "mine" crypto coins, that uses lots of power.

So I wonder, who is in the NSW hunter region is mining coins, this is the only target market I can see, Greg Smith the 20yr old renting in 11 Smith Street Hunter Valley trying to make a couple of bucks mining dumbcoin using excessive power from grandma's house.
