Well it looks like PropertyBay needs to come up with US$110 million pretty soon to get this deal with Dunk Island done.
I wonder if this deal is to keep the lights on in IOT's office (shared with PropertyBay) pending a backdoor listing of PropertyBay via IOT?? - I have no evidence to support this theory, it's just made up BTW.
Will be interesting to see what happens in the next 30 days.
I hope ASX are watching.
