So you give a company 70,000,000 shares FPO with no escrow and they already have a existing shares and probably a relationship with others .

Then - what would you do sell em because the next issue you get is based on 14 day Vwap? Ha ha .

So for 14 days prior to next issue they sell the crapper out of it and pick up all the shares they want from a lower Vwap to 20%.

Then I'll let you get what happens once they have board positions and control totally.

This is a shell play reverse takeover IMO by stealth. Well not by stealth in a way as we all predicted it. All I can say is there is better shells out there that have greater losses but this is a cheap way of doing it. Let me guess - at some point in another issue certain folk will get a opportunity via freebie options or cheap issue get a heap and then slowly move to background. unless they want a figurehead.

Also another dillutive convert note issue or loan is my guess to follow to totally dilute out minorities and bang a few more oppies in .
