Congratulations to IOT on signing yet another agreement, they must have a whole room set aside to store them now.

Yet again no numbers, an equity swap to the value of what? Where's the value.

Interesting statement, as to date, IOT have only distributed(sales numbers unknown) the ROVA and Airselfie neither of which they have owned any IP.

Even the IP ownership for the Roam-e was up for debate.
