I agree, the qualification requirements and regulatory processes will increase. You'd need to be damn sure the smaller company has a history of dealing with regulatory changes well, but beyond that, they're not as distracted as the bigger players. BT, MLC, IFL, etc. all have their own, rather large remediation/regulatory issues going on.
