After that OSH should rally very hard ? Why ? Fund Managers(those who dont own IOC) will buy 20% more OSH share to match index. Simple No Rocket Science.
That is how Index Fund Works.
Merger will create OSH as bigger identity so Fund manager will increase their stake to match Index.
