Well then you could probably value it at around standard multiples of 12-14. If it's growth was stronger you'd use a higher multiple but the growth in this is meager.
Lets say it had a multiple of 16. We know the multiple isn't going to be high but it might be higher than average because it's in the tech sector. I'm assuming average is around 12-14.
If the company made a net profit of 1,000,000 then, that gives them an EPS of $0.005 (with 200m shares oustanding). Multiply this by 16 gives 8c.
So could be anywhere around here.
But i suspect that profit is at least 6 months away or even more. I'm not sure about the RentPay business. The announcement didn't say it was profitable, only that it adds revenue. Hopefully there are some synergies there that Rent can get rid of - such as reducing their spending on hosting, server administration etc by using existing staff. But i think we're likely to see an uptick in operational losses in the next 3 months, which are hopefully controlled and we are looking at break even in 3-9 months after that.
