I think it should, but i think we'll see some growth in losses with the integration of RentPay. Integration work will take a while, updating ios app, website and possibly paying for extra services as per integration work.
I emailed the CEO about updates to the portal, particularly about searching. He indicated that there are currently some programs underway although it appears not specific to my suggestion: being able to sort property by those with an upcoming inspection date.
