I think the focus has been renter products and services for a long time now. As long as i can remember it. It's not a new thing. They are however moving into different segments, now focusing on what happens after someone has rented their property (insurance and paying rent).
And the webiste looks great, very useuable. Would like to see better search facilities, such as 'search rental inspections by dates'
