Bad, bad day to drop such a pearler of an announcement into the market but the math look pretty good on this for IVO IMO.

5% for 500k values this business at around $10m which means we are getting the rest of the business for nothing. looks like they actually have a real logistics management SaaS business. Revenues already way above what GSW have/had (?).

Will be interested to see what shareholders get out of this - looks like they are going to IPO it.
