The wording in the announcement is interesting...mention of immediate opportunities and building scale into the business. I may be way off but this might relate to the partnership talks they've touched on. Expansion into Europe/Asia possibly, broader partnership with a wifi provider or Sprooki, SKF as mmmgus mentioned. Probably hoping more than anything.
