You need to realise that the amount of shares changing hands is insignificant. In order to make a serious impact for someone 100s of thousands need to be acquired. Then on the flip side someone needs to be able to sell those shares in similar volumes to make a significant gain. This share simply doesnt have the volume to sustain such activity.
If I wanted to dump 100K or even 200K shares now I would struggle to sell and if I wanted to sell my complete holdings I would cause the share price to tank! So the volume that changes hands is less than 1% of total shares which is chicken sh!t. The volatility is not justified but unfortunately such is the perception of the market.
