Why would Geoff Lord get involved if the acquisition wasn't...

Why would Geoff Lord get involved if the acquisition wasn't going ahead? Still very confident BUT surprised they didn't make mention of it in the Investment presentation.

I sent a few queries to the company last week about the Investment presentation - still haven't heard back (which is disappointing as they were simple queries and I hold a fair portion of shares)

What I am looking forward to seeing is the financials - if there is considerable improvement (i.e. on track for break even) it would be a massive step forward.  The best outcome is a break even and ASTA to be a success. Then the sky is the limit!
