Am I missing something. They want to be the number 1 cyber co in Australia. Yet not one board member comes out of a larger Cyber company.

This looks like a company that is going to financially engineer growth. With a depressed share price and no cash. Who would want to be a part of it.

The logos in the presentation make interesting reading as well.

The ASTA deal may be dead. Too much stock that is underwater now.
