The boards lack of action or communication with shareholders at all whilst shareholders have lost 75% of their TNT investment is really a key issue, credentials of the board really just may mean that they are too busy with their day jobs perhaps to listen or care about shareholders communications, not sure, but the sentiment here seems to be unanimous.
