I agree with you, t1, but a strong Management team should compensate for a weak chairman, and vice versa. I don't think we can put the blame solely on the chairman.
All those things you mentioned above as being bad decisions made by Tesserent (like the short-lived CyberBiz/Telstra Homebush deal, acquisitions, huge cash burn etc.) are business decisions made by Keith Glennan and his team. All roads come back to TNT Management.
Take that 2005 article you posted for example - everything Keith says in that article back in 2005 with Network Box (strategy, customers etc.) is very similar to Tesserent today. Heaps of potential, but will it actually go anywhere?
Tesserent's Management is clearly not performing, and real, hard questions need to be asked at the AGM...
