I am not sure that shareholders are supposed to be communicating with Russell Yardley. Keith Glennan is on the Tesserent board also.

Happy to accept that Russell Yardley is the shareholder conduit / communications person. However, his name is never on any correspondence. I have never got the impression that he is heavily involved in day to day matters involving Tesserent - given he sits on other boards as well.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that Russell Yardley was the communications person for shareholders - Karen Negus has her name on all of the Tesserent communications - not Russell Yardley.
