And yes I definitely agree with your belief that SEA would have cast a close eye over it.
It's well known that TXN want to sell the EFS (at the right price) and since they are currently suffering from a depleted share price with no full-field development funding in place, they are pretty 'ripe for the picking' so to speak.
Some of the potential suitors (referenced by the company previously) are probably not bidding close to what their max price is, because simply put, they don't have to.
Hopefully we get a mention of the terms of the debt facility in the quarterly, because from the EGM presentation they have in place plans for 2 JV EFS wells (50% WI) and 5 company operated wells (93% WI). That's ALOT of capital.
