    agentm,

No worries, glad to be of help.

To answer your question, I'm very sure they don't. Their Bakken Shale assets are all in joint-ventures and are non-operated.

The company operated rigs they have in play at the moment are drilling into the Mississippi Limestone (much lower horsepower rigs than needed for the deeper shales, hence the cost savings) and in the Niobrara (mainly vertical wells).

The Miss Lime rigs have absolutely no chance of being able to drill in the EFS, and I'd guess that the Niobrara rigs are out of the question as well.

This is all hypothetical, but I suppose there could be a chance that if SEA picked up TXN's EFS assets then it could keep in place the agreements/relationship TXN has with the company who is supplying Texoz (formally Aurora) with the current rigs.

With plans in place for multiple EFS wells from TXN on the horizon, there is a good chance they've got plans in place for the operation of the rig/s required for those. This could reduce the urgency of a potential acquirer needing rigs in the short-term should they want to purchase the asset.
