What really needs to happen imo , is for OXX to buy a decent producing asset , and issue say a further 200m shares to dilute Albers down to say 30% and get some fresh blood and liquidity on the register. This would then be on the radar of Fund Managers etc and probably be an 'instant midcap'. With the uncertainties in the global economy at present , some tasty opportunities may evolve imo. Would not rule out OXX having a crack at a cashed up , underperforming producer either imo.
