They paid the builder an early completion bonus of over $200000 per day their interest on debt must run at over $200000 per day and @$2.00 you have to have 100000 cars use it daily. This is all smoke and mirrors. The operating costs have not even been accounted for. This $2.00 is too low to sustain and when it was free it recorded 60000 they may well end up worse off before the end of August.
Panic move of directors caught in the middle of their tunnel like a rabbit in the car lights IMO.
