Maybe, but from what I can see 42,000 cars a day at $2 will still see them going broke.
Brisbane water rates have just gone up by 10%. Seems that most utility type expenses are going up much faster than people's pay is. It's no wonder people have been baulking at paying more than $2, when the free roads go exactly the same places that the toll road does.
