Not sure Thrifty, but my guess would be a large O & G company looking to expand their tenements with a JV. With an estimate of 69 MMBBLS of oil, recoverable, at today's prices that's not small change even for the bigger players. It's company making for one with a market cap of just $3 million. I reckon we'll hear something within the next four weeks.
