So now the question is how much cash will they raise. Back of envelop analysis says:
- Cash burn to B/E ~ $1.2m (assuming 50% HoH improvement in EBITDA)
- Inc Marketing Investment $1.0m - $2.0m - used in Big Bang Branding Campaign across multiple channels
- Inc Software Investment $0.5m - $1.0m - App development
Rounded $3.0m - $4.5m
Issued 42.85m - 64.28m @ $0.07 share. Likely to be over subscribed with good support from current holders.
I think they need to explain how they would achieve bigger ROIs on any incremental investment in Marketing. To date they have "invested" $5.4m in marketing and generated $4.1m in revenue. ROI 0.77x, which is just too low. Having said that since GB took over this has improved to 0.97x. We want that to keep tracking towards > 2x.
