If China doesn't crash before this finally gets out of the courts then it looks cheap. If you think the lawyers can keep matters in the courts forever while they milk the participants don't touch it. I'm no longer convinced 15th May will see the end of it but read Snowbound's references to the court proceedings and make your own judgements on that. I'm neither a legal nor financial adviser, hold no more info than anyone else and my opinion matters less!
