Appeal matter has a seperate "file" to the actual case on Commonwealth Courts Portal - see link for those interested.

Hillam has filed a Notice of Appeal, Interlocutory Application and Affidavit. The status is listed as "Adjourned - Judgement Reserved". My understanding is that the this means the Judge has gone away to think about his decision - not sure how long that will take.

The matter is currently next listed for a Callover on 18 April 2012 so hopefully will get judgement on the interlocutory application before then.

The part that I found a little interesting is that Hillam and Teeranukul (other shareholder) are the Appellant's in the Appeal and BMG is a defendant along with Ample Source. I guess more will be revealled once the judgement is posted.
