He was the founder of RNT, was also MD. Board gave him his marching orders. He's gone and no longer calling the shots or a liability to the RNT business. No longer an employee or a director of the business. The $1.9m was made up of salary, super, long service and performance fees.
I don't begrudge payments made to him. A founder deserves equity and big exit $$$ after blood, sweat and tears put into a business over many years. Good on him.
