Yep understand Spec so why haven't tbey done so and that's on the assumption that someone albeit an insto sells them that much. Maybe someone is not playing ball or wants more for their parcel than BPT are willing to pay or, moreover, can afford.

I don't think it's going to go the way everyone thinks as there are too moving parts atm, too many distractions, not to mention BPT's own performance. VWAP notwithstanding why haven't they made any move? Take the shot Maverick, no, no it doesn't feel right, what dya mean man it doesn't get any better than that.

This might turn out to be one of the worst telegraphed takeover or merger ever.
