If there is just a sniff that there is going to be a serious stoush in the Middle East affecting the POO, then the shareholders are not to going to agree to any M&A at these prices no matter how you slice, dice and spin the reasons why it should happen. SVW may own 20% and BPT 5% but that does leave 75% of hopefully astute holders who are watching this stuff unfold and would want to hold out to see how things develop.

Russia is out flanking the USA on many fronts; basically Putin is outsmarting Obama. It's going to be interesting to see how this unfolds. I'm sure Julie will be able to fix it.
