- see you are back in! - i seem to remember you sharpening pencil to buy in 70's in that first oil plunge - i did but had already bought some around $1. and, not long ago i sold some at $1.15 and then about one half I had left when they dropped through the $1, thinking it may fall to the 70's again!! shoulda woulda!!
got to be bloody cheap now!! you did well not to buy earlier if you were watching! i wasnt watching too much as was doing some travelling
going to buy some more again!
said some time ago on the threads that the shale drillers were full of bravado saying they could make money at low prices ( say sub $50) - i think they failed to differentiate between cash flow and profit!! easy to be brave whilst spending shareholder capital!! i dont profess to be an expert , but i suspect only the better run companies and those with really good fields are not bleeding!
