Earlier, Beach proposed to Santos to sell pipelines etc of Joint Venture for $2B. This does not include oil and gas on the ground and the Moomba gas processing plant and gas storage facility.
I think the whole lot could sell for $4 Billion. Origin could receive $600m as it owns 15%. Beach would get $800m which would be higher than their current market cap.
