Its not so relavent to DLS but more to do with the Origin/STO/beach joint venture....owned processing and transport infrustructor...

The last couple of announcements of Sto..Bpt and origin stated that they are discussing the sale of some Cooper assets.....the main assets discussed is the Pipelines in the cooper that link up from Moomba processing site to the Eastern OZ pipeline connections.....APA is the most likely interested buyer.....

I havent seen an announment re the sales....they mention it in there last few announcemets...say as one sentence not highlighted..
Seems they dont want to own a $500million asset ...they simply want to use it and pay a toll......thay will still need to pump the gas/oil just the same..
