I think is natural for a company to look outside its area for pathways to expand. There is no doubt DLS has been successful and have struck the right balance of culture and expertise and want to leverage of that and export these core values and approach to a new field(s) with the necessary adjustments. I don't think they meant that the will do it tomorrow but it doesn't hurt to be cautiously looking and be ready to go if such opportunities present.
It would be more worrying if they were more inward looking and didn't see opportunity or dismissed a future outside the Cooper Basin.
