I don’t think we knew this before, but to me the presentation suggests that Hazer’s own-branded plants will focus on H2 for transport. The inclusion of PSA units in the design and the mention of 99.99% purity H2 tend to bear that out. Could that be the extent of Hazer going it alone?
The much larger industrial potential of Hazer is left for another day and audience, and the notable absence of the strategy slide keeps us in the dark about Hazer’s openness to further licensing deals.
It’s interesting that Primetals featured in the recent State One report, but not Pan American. Why’s that? Is PM still on the cards? If Hazer’s going to tilt its own plants towards high-grade H2 for transport, won’t some other arrangement be needed to build plants for steelmaking with CCU, or other big industrial applications?
Does it tend to suggest that nothing is off the table?
