The timeline in the presentation cleared up a few things.
* Construction on the Demo plant to commence after the Demo plant is locked in, with construction finished at the end of 2020.
* Partner for full commercial plant between (2,500tpa) mid-2019 and mid-2020 (e.g. Full Commercial Plant locked in next 15 months).
* Full Commercial Plant in operation 2023.
Given they are anticipating partner for Full Commercial Plant in next 15 months, you can bet there are already negotiations underway. I suspect when we secure an offtake partner for the demo plant, we will also know who are partner is for the Full Commercial Plant.
