All very plausible. But how might one explain GLL's mighty climb last year?
The younger generation being attracted to cryto's etc. and tech's as you say have had their fingers burnt too, so they wouldn't have much left over even if there were a desire to spread the loot around.
I guess although you didn't say it, you are inferring the bigger money will only come in when the story looks more solid or proven and then the stock goes up as it should.
On the speccy front, I think one thing crucial that is missing in the market place nowadays is far fewer people use brokers these days and brokers are the catalyst for spruiking and ramping par excellence. Without them how does the heat get put under stocks!?
Blogs like this one have a use but are practically useless for ramping because writers are unknown therefore can lack credibility, even if they warrant it and there are always negative types to cast doubt. A lack of brokers pushing stocks I think is a major factor absent from yesteryear. Can you imagine RLE's last 6 months in the 1980's if a few of the brokers had got behind this stock? It'd be 40 to 50c now with the success it's had. Might be bull, but it'd be miles higher than it is now. I know, I had a lot to do with them back then …
