I think this Pd-1 stuff has been said before, just worded differently.

The talk of this being a paradigm shift has been used before.  Regards treatment, it does feel like there's an implied chunk of the quote that's missing.  "Whilst acknowledging the rapid rise in clinical trials involving PD-1 and their combination with other treatments*, a PD-1 B-cell vaccination approach - if it succeeds -  represents a paradigm shift in cancer immunotherapy."

I think this presentation is fine, just nothing new.   I'm aware that it would probably view better with fresh eyes that hadn't watched the up and downs of IMU over the past 18 months or so.  After all, we are not the intended audience.
