Maybe a sizable investor was hoping for a quicker return on their money and instead of waiting they may have to get some $$ out and repurpose elsewhere to satisfy certain time frame goals.
Maybe several investors didn't realize BOT is doing the long journey for (hopefully) a much bigger prize. Also can't have $$ tied up for so long.
I'm of the opinion (no expert, not offering any advice) that all is going well but just slowly.
