"...Seen it before ..", earlier this year I've seen Merck buying VLA for over half a billion, that was almost a 170% premium to the sp at the time it was announced, then a few weeks later I have seen PerkinElmer buying RHS at a 100% premium to its last closing price:
being conservative, BOT next year - following good results from two phase2 trials (and with more products advancing) - shall have a MC of around $200m + (say sp 265c - being conservative) gets a big pharma offer with a 150% premium = 40c per share or about.
Seen it before.
