The Australian sites were active since mid last year. I can't remember exactly where it is mentioned, but the US site activation was ramping up in the latter part of Q4. This is probably because of the heavier requirements (from the DEA) alluded to in the latest presentation and AGM.
If you take a look at the ANZCTR, their latest trial (1308) is retrospectively registered instead of being prospectively registered. Whether by design, or laziness - I don't know.
